Choosing a therapist to share your story with can be daunting, I’m honored you are considering me to be a part of your journey. My passion is to bring trauma-informed, embodied, and mindful approaches into the therapy space. I believe healing happens when we include the mind, body, and soul and I desire to provide a safe and sacred space where you are accepted and cared for, free to share your story and longings as we move together, toward the well-being you desire. This life can be beautiful, painful, messy, and complex- but you don’t have to do it alone.
In addition to individual counseling, I offer neurodivergent affirming Autism assessments to adults looking for a formal evaluation and diagnosis.
