Individual counseling
I provide both in-person sessions at my Oregon City office and virtual sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Whatever brave reason you are seeking therapy, there is hope! I believe that within you lies the strength and capacity to heal. My desire as your therapist is to hold space for hope, compassion, curiosity, as we look inward and tend to your story.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), also sometimes called “parts work”. These parts each have a story, a job in your system, and sometimes, they need carrying all they’ve taken on or been handed in life. IFS is a trauma-informed, evidence-based model that creates space for healing through exploring your inner world with curiosity and compassion.
I am am Licensed Professional Counselor #C10810 in the state of Oregon, and a Level 1-trained IFS clinician. If you're looking for therapy that goes beyond coping skills and worksheets, you're in the right place!

Space Matters
As a neurodivergent individual and ND affirming practitioner, it’s important to me to welcome the sensory needs and preferences of my clients. In the office, you will have multiple lighting, smell, seating, and tactile options available to you, as well as access to a small walking trail on the property if walking or outdoor sessions feel supportive. Sand Tray therapy is available as an alternative way to process and express.
