Individual Therapy

Does this sound familiar?

  • You fear that you’ll be left by those you need and love most

  • You find yourself people pleasing and caretaking others, perhaps at the expense of your own needs and wants

  • You’ve been described as sensitive, and a deep feeler, or “too much”

  • You’ve felt that you aren’t as worthy, valuable, or wanted as others

  • You tend to focus on your flaws and weaknesses while finding it hard to accept affirmation or affection

What if you could move into a life of greater calm, confidence, and connection to yourself and others? What if the distance between the you now, and the way you long to feel isn’t as far away as it feels? I want to help you get there. I believe that within you lies the strength and capacity to heal. As your therapist, I will hold space for your with hope for your future, patience for your pace, and curiosity for the journey ahead.

Space Matters

As a neurodivergent individual and ND affirming practitioner, it’s important to me to welcome the sensory needs and preferences of my clients. In the office, you will have multiple lighting, smell, seating, and tactile options available to you, as well as access to a small walking trail on the property if walking or outdoor sessions feel supportive. Sand Tray therapy is available as an alternative way to process and express.
